Whose job it is to make the legislation. We are all made aware of this provision in our earlier school classes. But we are reminded day in and day out repeatedly on the media that Anna and co. are going against this. Even then they are and that too along with a sizable mass support.
WHO DOES NOT KNOW WHY IS THIS ...AND WHY?

Is it necessary for a mother to die every time she gives birth to a child? I am ref. to a democracy(the mother), election( the birth) and the child( the Parliament or the Assembly or any such elected house). In case she lives even after the all important delivery (election)and be able to talk,there is a chance that she may speak out unpleasant facts. She may talk that the child is an ugly one, or a sick one even tell that the real fact..an illegitimate one. Therefore the elders of the house, the patrons conspire to proclaim that the mother is deemed to be dead after the delivery.
So, long live the house….quiet sleep the democracy.
